Teodora Vulić, and the standard a row has to meet
Teodora Vulić measures similarity here instead of asserting it. Fifty operators have been through the same seven checks against one reference list of 74 countries, and 21 of the 50 carry a cell that says the document stayed shut.

About Teodora Vulić
Teodora Vulić is the comparisons editor here, which on this site is a job with a narrow definition: she decides what counts as evidence that two casinos resemble each other, and then she prints the working. The reference point is a single document, the BitStarz restricted-territory clause, which names 74 countries and was read on 26 August 2026. Every operator on the site is scored against that list of 74 alongside six other checks, and the fraction is written with both halves visible so a reader can redo the sum.
Her position on the operators is the same on all 50 rows and worth stating plainly. Teodora holds an account with none of the businesses named here, has staked nothing at any of them and has been paid by none of them. Sentences describing how a withdrawal felt belong to somebody with an account, and she is somebody with a reading list.
What a figure passes through before it reaches a row
Four kinds of document get opened, and each one answers a different column.
The terms of service carry the territory clause, the withdrawal ceiling and the verification wording. That is where 11 of the 12 operators in the comparison table published a country list, and where 7 of the 12 attached a ceiling to a numbered clause: 4,000 EUR a day at Oshi Casino in clause 12, 20,000 EUR a month at Bitdreams in section 11, 50,000 USDT a month at CryptoLeo in clause 7.9, and four more in the same shape.
The footer and permit page carry the company and the permit number, and they are the fields most likely to disagree with each other. Eleven of the 12 rows print a number; the twelfth prints a jurisdiction alone. Where a register entry could be reached, the status it showed is recorded with the date, including the entry for Bets.io that read Revoked on 26 August 2026 while its brand carried on ranking third on similarity.
The register itself is the weakest link in the chain, and it is treated as such. A register answers whether a number resolves, on a given day, in a portal that has been known to answer inconsistently. It settles less than its authority implies, and a status is written here as something a portal displayed rather than as a permanent property of a business.
The operator record is the last input: a compact set of properties per brand, covering original games, a loyalty tier, whether a sportsbook is offered, and the shape of the verification wording. Two of the seven checks read that record rather than a clause, which makes them the softest cells on the site, and the seven checks in full say so in as many words.
Four things this site declines to do
Invented experience. Phrases of the we-tested kind describe an afternoon somebody spent. What appears here instead is a clause number, the date the clause was read, and a formula a reader can apply to the same documents.
Second-hand figures. Comparison tables, forum threads and review portals are read here as claims about a document, and a claim about a document is settled by opening the document. A number that survives only in other people’s summaries stays off the page.
Advice about territorial restrictions. A restricted-territory clause appears on this site as a measuring stick for resemblance, in the arithmetic sense, and it appears in no other role. How a person might work around one is a subject left entirely alone, including in the form of discouragement. What the law where a reader lives allows is a separate question with a separate source, and it belongs to a lawyer rather than to a comparison editor.
Editorial ranking. The order of every list here comes out of the printed formula, which means a row can be recomputed by hand and disputed on its arithmetic. An order that reflects a preference, with a number attached afterwards, is an opinion in costume, and this site has committed itself to the harder option.
One operator pays for placement. Its row carries the tag saying so, its links are marked as sponsored, and its cells were filled on the seven checks like everybody else’s, which left the heaviest of them empty. Being read on the same terms as the rest is the whole of the arrangement.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong, or an operator has revised a clause since the date printed beside it, write to [email protected] with the page and the clause. A correction gets made or explained, and it never gets quietly deleted. The current ranking, with all seven cells per row on display, sits on the fifty operators in order.
