Two numbers pointing in opposite directions
Here is a row that argues with itself. Cross the 7Bit Casino territory clause against the BitStarz one and 71 names of 74 appear in both — behind only the pair tied at 72, and ahead of every other operator measured. Then read the full scale and 7Bit finishes on 54 points of 100, ninth of the ten.
Both figures were produced on the same day, 26 August 2026, from the same set of checks. They disagree because they are counting different things, and the gap between them is where this page lives.

The permit number that turns up against two brands
The 7Bit licence recorded here is Curaçao Gaming Authority number OGL/2024/1307/0748, status Active, reached through a certificate link on cert.cga.cw.
The same number is recorded for Mirax, the operator at the head of the ranking. Both readings were taken on 26 August 2026, and the two certificate links differ from each other — each brand publishes its own seal, and each seal resolves to its own certificate view.
State that carefully, because it is easy to over-read. One permit number printed for two brands is consistent with a single licensed operation running both, and it is equally consistent with the way this register issues and displays numbers. The Curaçao portal offers per-certificate lookup and no search by company, brand or domain, so the question stays open from outside. What is recorded is the string, the status, the date and the fact that it appears twice.
The one check where 7Bit beats the operators above it
Fifteen points ride on the licensing authority, and this is where 7Bit collects what the leaders at 72 of 74 cannot.
BitStarz holds Curaçao Gaming Authority permit OGL/2024/165/0185. Six of the ten operators in the ranking sit under that same authority and take the full 15, 7Bit and the table-leading Mirax among them. The two brands tied at 72 answer to the Anjouan Gaming Board instead, and Bitdreams to Antillephone N.V.; all three score zero on this check.
Which is why the ranking refuses to follow the overlap column. Three country names are worth about one point. A regulator is worth fifteen.
Brazil, Russia and Sudan
The three BitStarz names absent from the 7Bit document are worth separating, because they behave very differently across the pool.
Brazil is the rarest entry in the whole set. Exactly two of the ten further lists gathered here carry it, alongside the BitStarz one. Whatever led BitStarz to name it, the great majority of these operators did something else.
